Reading this site, sending a WhatsApp message or filling in the booking form does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That begins only when you are seen in consultation.

Do not use WhatsApp, email or this website for urgent problems. If you have heavy bleeding, severe pain or feel unwell, call 999 (or 112 from a mobile phone) or go to your nearest emergency department.

Photographs of patients and families appear only with their consent, or the consent of their next of kin.

Your personal information
The booking form on this website does not store your details. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, the clinic uses your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your health only to arrange and provide your care. It is shared only with people involved in that care, such as the clinic team and laboratories, or where the law requires it.
Giving us your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot arrange an appointment. You may ask to see or correct your information, or limit how it is used, by contacting the clinic.
